Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. Reach out at contact@tryvitalshift.com and we'll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we'll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, please contact us at contact@tryvitalshift.com.
We're unable to offer refunds on sale items or gift cards.
If your order is shipped into the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason and without justification.
